Job description

Bartender:

• Promoting all kitchen specials, new dishes, drinks and promotions that there may be accordingto the event or festivity
• Making guests feel welcome by answering any question they may have about the menu, taking orders or solving any other inquiries.
• Check bar for cleanliness, broken glass, bring trashcan and recycling bin
• Pull out well liquors and restock any missing items (non-alcoholics, beer, wine condiments)
• Make sure the bar has enough igredients for makings drinks
• Restocking
• Make sure the bar is completely cleaned before leaving

Server:

• Greeting and sitting guests according to the reservations or table’s availability
• Promoting all kitchen specials, new dishes, drinks and promotions that there may be accordingto the event or festivity
• Making guests feel welcome by answering any question they may have about the menu, taking orders or solving any other inquiries.
• Constantly check the restrooms ensuring a perfect standard for their use
• Upon arrival, check floor for cleanliness and proper table layout
• Check for trash, broken glass, wobbly tables, and briefly check bathrooms
• Check reservation book for parties/special events

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to $300.00 per day
