Welcome to the exciting world of Three Rivers Ranch Food & Wait Staff. We are looking for a team of friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to our guests.

This is a seasonal position from June to October.

Details Include:

• Taking breakfast orders. Serving dinner.
• Ensure guests are cared for according to standards.
• Submitting orders to the kitchen
• Delivering prepared food and beverages to the table
• Ensuring guest satisfaction with the quality of their meal, and maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of guests' tables during and after the meal.
• You will also be responsible for overseeing the bar area, preparing and presenting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Stocking sufficient quantities of various beverages, and maintaining a clean, neat, and safe bar and lounge area.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

In addition to your food and beverage service responsibilities, you will also be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen and equipment are maintained in a sanitary condition. This will involve washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and preparation utensils, attending to all trash and recycling matters in the kitchen, and ensuring clean floors at all times in both the lodge, kitchen, and restrooms.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to stand for prolonged periods, move objects up to approximately 20 pounds, and maintain a positive, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
