We're a casual dine-in/carry-out restaurant with a heavy emphasis on good food, beer, wine and cocktails. We serve our take on Southern, Caribbean and African foods. Ideal candidates will have some experience bartending in a fast and/or moderate paced environment, with the ability to clearly communicate drink specials to customers. Semi-flexible hours will be great. Night and/or weekend shift available as needed.

Server/Cashier responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Helping manage customer wait lines
- Make order suggestions based on customer preferences
- Processing customer payments
- Serve food and beverage orders to guests
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
- Arrange table settings and maintain clean dining areas
- Keep the register and dining area clean
- Making sure orders are correct so in order to enable cook prepare appropriate
- Work with chefs and/or onsite managers to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Make sure all To-Go orders are ready for pickup
- Answer phone calls
- Sweeping, mopping.
- Restock napkins, lids, cups, utensils, paper towels, and toilet paper, beverages by the end of your shift
- Make sure your tickets and cashout is correct at the end of your shift
Bar Tender Responsibilities:
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
- Hire, train, and supervise personnel.
- Help oversee bar operations and develop bar policies and procedures.
- Help develop drink menus that are profitable and comparable to competitors' menus.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by using discretion, following company policy and state law, and anticipating customer needs.
- Mixes drinks in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory records of all stock and issue new bottles of liquor as necessary.
