Here we grow again! Automax Preowned in Framingham Ma is hiring!! We are looking for one additional Service writer who has previous automotive writer experience. Successful candidates should be career minded and committed to providing excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITY

The Service Writer is responsible for assisting service customers for service. This includes explaining why additional services are needed after the vehicle is inspected by the technician.

Some of the duties will include:

• Clearly document vehicle symptoms on repair order as described by the service customer
• Determine needed automotive maintenance based on symptoms, age, mileage, body condition, and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for service labor and parts; Explain it and the time needed for the auto service to your customer
• Discuss with your customer how and when you will follow-up on the status of their vehicle
• Ensure repairs are completed on schedule
• Explain all completed work and charges to your customer

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in customer service is required to apply
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great personality - with a desire to have fun while assisting customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
