We are seeking a Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills. We are a very busy dealership with a steady workflow and a top-of-the-line facility. Additionally, we offer competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly
• Increase guest satisfaction by building relationships
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professionalism, orderliness, guest service and employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of vehicles being serviced and provide frequent updates to guests
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
• Oversee the technician working on guest vehicles including their time management/efficiency, ordering of parts, and job completion times
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
• Explain all work completed to guests

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional hospitality skills
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, high energy, friendliness
• Must have a valid driver’s license
