Fuller Ford Service Advisor Position

Fuller Ford is hiring for a Service Department service advisor position. This is a perfect position for a recent college or high school graduate and no experience is needed. (We are even open to a part time position until graduation if necessary). Job responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, greeting customers and preparing their work orders, working as a liaison between the technician and the customer, explaining the necessary repairs and cost, billing/invoicing, and warranty processing. Although no prior experience is necessary, applicants will need to have good customer service and communication skills, be able to multitask, and perform well in a fast- paced environment.

Fuller Ford is centrally located in Downtown Cincinnati, has one of the largest and most reputable Service Departments in the Tristate, and has been around since 1965.
