Hines Supply, a Division of US LBM, Is Seeking a Service and Installation Manager to join their team in the Chicagoland Area!
Hines Supply has been providing high quality building materials to builders and homeowners in the Chicago area since 1892. Dedicated to providing quality, value and service, Hines operates multiple locations across Illinois. Hines Supply is a division of U.S. LBM, one of the largest building products distributors in the United States.
Pay Rate- $80,000-$100,000 all in

How you will spend your day as an Service and Installation Manager:
- Responsible for overseeing new construction and R&R Window Installation
- Responsible for overseeing window warranty and service program.
- Responsible for ensuring installation per building code
- Responsible for ensuring products installed per Manufacturers best practices
- Oversees assigned builder installations, activities, and crews in the field
- Monitors performance with assigned builders and in all communities
- Oversees all employees and crews in the field and ensures that they are working within our system to be productive, make our builders’ jobs easier, and continually improve
- Performs routine quality walks on all homes and track each crew’s performance
- Trains crews and enforce site location strict guidelines for safety and compliance while maintaining relationships with the crews.

Installation Manager Requirements:
- Experience. Experience in residential construction environments (preferred).
- Knowledge. Home and construction systems and processes (preferred).
- Communication. Strong written and oral communication skills (required).
- Travel. Must be willing to travel to local job sites, some over night stays may be required.
- Education. Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- Physical Demands. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
- Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
