Service Automation Engineer

Primary/Skill Set

• Strong in Development Skills on Microsoft Technologies - .NET Core, C#.Net, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server
  Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Front end Frameworks (Angular
  2 or latest), PowerShell Scripting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance existing applications
• Build Chatbots and virtual agents for customer interaction
• Develop workflows and machine learning for assisted or autonomous decision-making
• Develop Robotic process automation and orchestration for process execution
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis, investigate, and resolve technical issues, and manage incidents.
• Enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintain and improve the team's products, infrastructure, and technology stack.
• Design, build, and deliver cloud-first business applications, migrate existing applications to the
  cloud, and perform integration of enterprise solutions.
• Building and maintaining scripts and infrastructure to build and compose fully functioning
  environments built from components.
• Define and implement DevOps best practices; CI/CD process and infrastructure management and
  troubleshooting.
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry standard tools and services.

Secondary Skill Set

• Strong experience with key DevOps technologies in Azure, including Hybrid, Serverless, IaaS,
  Automation, and tools for CI/CD services (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Puppet).
• Strong programming skills, knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, Python, working
  knowledge of Web Applications, RESTful API, Microservices and/or Snowflake
• Extensive Azure experience, including: Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Azure VMs, Virtual
  Networks, Log Analytics, Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, ARM
  Templates, JSON, Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and
  performance / scale considerations.
• Enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures automated testing (TDD, Unit Test,
  Smoke/regression Test)
• Familiarity with functional and system integration testing integration both file-based and APIbased integrations.
  Azure Cloud Certification is preferred.
• Experience in hardware and software design, development, installation, configuration,
  maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Office 365 Administration, Remote Access, VPN &
  VDI.
