Job description

Looking for a Service Booker Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Candidate must be organized, have the ability to prioritize and can multi-task. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be proactive, manage time wisely and possess strong problem solving skills. Must be experienced in handling a high volume preferably in a dealership environment and can work under pressure.

We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously and who is looking for a place that will appreciate their hard work.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Input technician plag times/ stories from repair orders into the system
-Communicate with service advisors and technicians to confirm repair order billing is correct
-Ensure proper documentation on warranty/ internal/ customer pay repair orders
-Submit requests for authorization to the appropriate warranty manufactures
-Collect necessities from technicians such as photos, thorough descriptions, causes, corrections of complaints
-Troubleshoot forms when required by vendors
-Clear and professional communication with factories
-Assist technicians with warranty flat rate coding
-Ensure forms are completed for PDI's, Safety's and Lite offs

Requirements:

-Proficient in Microsoft office programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Positive attitude and a team player
-Prior automotive dealership experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
