FBR is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Family Service Coordinator in Lancaster, PA.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• This position is responsible for the strategic management of daily operations of assigned program
• Act as a liaison and resource to all internal and external business partners and is responsible for onboarding and effectively managing appropriate staffing requirements of all programs and service lines
• Provides direct billable services, as needed, to ensure coverage and required expectations are met

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week).

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT?

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Criminology, Education, Psychology, Sociology. Social Work, or other related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position; experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred

SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:
$750 at 90 days | $750 at 180 days.

About (FBR) Family Behavioral Resources: We work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders. We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy and Intensive Behavioral Health Services in numerous locations throughout the state of PA. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals and families through the delivery of compassionate mental and behavioral health care services and community support.
