Service Coordinator

The Company:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of marine electronics and focuses on developing new solutions and products to meet customers needs. They are seeking an ambitious SERVICE COORDINATOR to join their team at their League City, Tx location.

This position is DIRECT-HIRE, and the annual salary will range from $60K-$80K depending on experience. This role will be Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

The Expectations:

· Schedule and transfer Service Engineers to designated service location

· Answering customers emails and phone calls in a timely manner

· Offer best prices and services based on customers service request

· Handle disputes concerning service/invoices and communicate to customers

· Accurately complete service reports and send to customers via email

· Dispatch defective items to workshop and suppliers

· Required to follow the companies after hours on-call schedule

The Experience:

· Associates degree or three years of relevant experience in Maritime, REQUIRED

· Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills, REQUIRED

· Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Maritime product knowledge, Preferred

· Great attention to detail
