• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years Data entry
• 2-3 years of customer service
• Multi-line phone or soft phone use
• Experience in a call center or technical atmosphere
• Dispatching, ticketing, or scheduling background preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish speaker a plus
• Any certified training or knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
