A Service Person reviews the shift schedule sheet to determine what machines require tubes. They push a tube buggy to the tube area and load trays of tubes, one tray on each side of the buggy. They will also remove tube waste from corrugated boxes and fiber waste from vacuums located in the texturing machines. They are responsible to operate Walkie Rider, transport full pallets of yarn cases to the push-off area, and transport empty packing cases on pallets to texturing machines. They will also push and pull full yarn buggies to the inspection area and push empty buggies back to the texturing machines. Additional responsibilities include placing box flats into box maker and scooping glue pellets into the hot glue reservoir.

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $14.58 with top pay up to $14.58. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premiums of $1.00 for 12-hour night shifts.

Are you qualified for the position?

• Operate Walkie Rider and drive to sticker station.
• Collect barcodes, stickers, and standard sheets.
• Transport full pallet of yarn cases to push-off station and allow cases to travel down conveyor rollers.
• Transport empty corrugated packing cases on pallets to texturing machines.
• Push full yarn buggies to inspection area and push empty buggies back to texturing machines.
• Place box flats into automatic box maker.
• Place scoop of glue pellets into hot glue reservoir as needed.
• Review shift schedule sheet to determine what machine requires tubes.
• Push tube buggy to tube area.
• Place tray of tubes onto buggy, one tray on each side of buggy.
• Push buggy to texturing machine.
• Place tubes into tube cradle and tube box.
• Remove tube waste from boxes and fiber waste from vacuum and place into bulk box to be transported to waste area.
