Hiring: Service Manager

Growing multifamily real estate management and investment firm seeking experienced and motivated candidates for future Austin acquisitions of luxury Class A communities. The position listed below is available.

Qualifications:

• Direct and coordinate workflow of all maintenance staff.
• Oversees the maintenance and repair work on property.
• Reviews maintenance schedules regularly to ensure prompt service and repair requests are fulfilled.
• Reviews quality of work for service technicians.
• Train maintenance staff to be successful in the role.
• Works with office staff to ensure good communication is maintained between teams.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes.

• HVAC Certified.
• 3-4 years experience in Service Manager role.
• High level of safety awareness.
• Previous experience with Class A/Luxury product.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
