Able to use Service Titan Mobile app and assist in all aspects of the service process (dispatch, arrive, create estimates, present to customers, gather signatures, create invoices, collect payment, document call, attach photos, complete job.)

Assist in all aspects of Plumbing Service Calls – greeting clients and understanding issue, creating options and presenting them to client, completing work, clean up and documentation of information in Service Titan, recording items used for inventory replenishment.
Improved customer service skills
Ability to work staggered schedule if required.
Participate in weekly and monthly on-call rotation.
Continue to increase knowledge of plumbing operations to improve troubleshooting ability, as well as efficiency and speed of installation/repairs.
