Are you cool under pressure? Do you know your way around semi-truck systems? We're looking for a Service Writer with a chill attitude and a passion for all things air conditioning or freezer.

As our Truck HVAC Service Writer, you'll be responsible for managing service requests and ensuring our customers' trucks stay frosty and comfortable no matter how hot it gets outside. You'll need to have a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic to handle the daily challenges of keeping things cool.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile (even if they're sweating)
• Assess HVAC service needs and provide repair recommendations
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their repairs
• Manage service orders and billing

Requirements:

• Knowledge of truck HVAC systems and components
• Strong communication skills and a sense of humor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and/or service writing preferred
• Basic computer skills (because it's 2023)
