Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for ServiceNow platform improvements and enhancements.
  • Create technical documentation, including system design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and web service integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $92,014.54 - $186,663.48 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
