We offer exciting lines including Kubota, Stihl, Echo, Landpride, BriMar & Toro, to name just a few, and have been serving and taking care of our customers in the mid-Michigan area for over 40 years. Capital Equipment is seeking a high energy, self-motivated Service Technician to join our team in DeWitt in our service department as a Service Technician. Whether you have experience in the outdoor power equipment industry, or have a background in a similar industry, now is the time to join our growing team.

Job Description –

· Ensure customer satisfaction

· Uncrate, assemble and prep equipment that is sold.

· Prep sold equipment.

· Maintain equipment in our rental fleet.

· Maintain an organized and clean department.

· Build long lasting relationships with our customers and meet their needs with energy and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Set Up Technician Requirements –

· Have mechanic tools and toolbox.

· Possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

· Work Monday – Friday and some Saturday mornings.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean record and be able to drive a pickup truck with a trailer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Kubota Tractor Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Exmark Zero Turn Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dump Trailer Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Equipment Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
