Job description

Job purpose:

Responsible for maintaining workflow of the inventory department during the day shift (5:45am – 2:15pm). Coordinates all inventory department activities and maintain proper procedures to ensure that merchandise is accounted for.

Duties and responsibilities

• Corrects receiving, sorting, and stocking errors
• Inventory control
• Researches and resolves problems
• Assists all departments as necessary

Qualifications:

• Inventory experience
• 18 Years or older
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to build relationships with employees
• Communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees
• Decision making skills, including the ability to solve practical problems

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours.
• Able to lift or push to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
