Self-motivated, team leader with experience managing and running shifts at a fast food/store front. Opportunities for growth.

Leadership duties include:

• Responsible for the brewing, preparation, and overall customer experience offered at HTeaO
• Community outreach - Event Staff (as needed)
• Train & Coach Team Members
• Dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Provide direction to the Team and ensure all Team Members perform at a consistently high level
• Assist Manager(s) and hold team members accountable for setting and meeting departmental goals

Qualifications to help you succeed at this job include, but are not limited to:

• High Energy/ High Enthusiasm
• Point of Sales system knowledge
• Communication skills
• Ability to drive productivity while encouraging a positive customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience (not required but motivated to learn)
• Management experience (not required)
• Standing on your feet for 4 or more hours at a time
• Lifting 50 lbs or more

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
