Whether you are looking for an entry-level restaurant job, or have lots of experience, this is a great job, and potentially an amazing career! We will teach you exactly how to make the best sub sandwich on the planet, we just need people who love life, love to smile, and love to learn new things every day.

We start everyone at between $16-17/hour, but with tips you will make between $18-20/hour. Schedule can be as flexible as you need it to be, we are hiring for day-time and night-time crew, full-time and part-time. We offer competitive wages and flexible schedules. For full time employees we have a 401K plan, Full Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. You might start out as a part-time employee, and wind up owning your own Jersey Mike's franchise one day!

Shift Leaders take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM), the Shift Leader's key responsibilities include:

• Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience
• Providing coaching to team members to improve performance
• Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards
• Understanding and complying with all procedures and policies
• Leading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position is considered an asset
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
