We are in need of a Shift Supervisor to join our team and be a part of one of the most fun environments in Milwaukee. You will be expected to perform well in a high-paced environment and maintain the safety, security and profitability of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting the needs of customers in a fast-paced environment, and will be excited to work with other talented individuals to help our team run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Direct staff consisting of bartenders, cooks, hosts and bussers to perform work at a high level
• Conduct bartending responsibilities when needed. Mix drinks using a variety of spirits, liqueurs and garnishes. The majority of our drinks are canned and do not require mixing.
• Take food orders from patrons and assist in the kitchen when needed
• Manage the inventory of cups, beverages and garnishes.
• Greet customers, explain games to them and ensure customer service standards are being met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the building
• Set up, break down and execution of large group events
• Deal with difficult customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
