Shuttle / Delivery Driver
Job description
POSITION SUMMARYAs a Driver for Big O Tires, you will be responsible for customer shuttle, picking up tires/ parts for multiple locations and be responsible for managing your own route based on stores urgency and needs. The drivers position will also sometimes act as the front desk receptionist / cashier and answer telephones.
~You will be required to use your personal cell phone for communicating with multiple stores by text and phone communications, and will be compensated an additional .50 per hour = approx $80 per month~
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport customers to and from destinations
- Responsible for transporting inventory between locations
- Print out or write up estimates and invoices, and accept payment for the work once finished
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- 18 years of age (with parental consent) or older
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills
- Reliable transportation to work with a clean driving record
- Safe Driving habits
- Good personality for communicating with customers
- Ability to operate a Windows based computer
- Pass a pre employment and random drug screening
