We are a growing sign company looking for a sign production associate that is highly motivated and detailed oriented and is looking for a long-term commitment.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects that range from large scale fabricated signage to small and intricate signage production. The right person for the job will thrive as a team player, with a can-do attitude.

Job Details

Produce various types of custom signage using material such as aluminum, acrylic, laminate, etc.

Safely operate and maintain various shop machinery and power hand tools such as table saws, panel saws, drill press, shear, routers, sanders, drills, painting equipment etc.

This position may be require the ability to work in the field performing installations to vehicles, building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system.

Must be able to read, understand and follow shop drawings and designs.
Clean, sand and prep product from the CNC router to the finishing department.
Fabricate aluminum sign structures, cabinets and signage.
Assemble finished products prior to shipping or installation.

Knowledge of cutting, drilling, tapping, sanding, painting, adhering various metals and acrylics needed.

Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain our quality standards.
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production
Help unload deliveries of materials.

Clean and maintain shop areas
Quality check product prior to it leaving the department.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
May be utilized in other departments as workload requires.

Must take pride in their work, have a good eye for detail, and possess a positive "get it done" attitude.

Have a strong work ethic and able to work quickly and efficiently, and accurately communicate to the project manager in a deadline environment.

This is a full time position M-F 7:30am-4:30 am with a 1 hour lunch.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
