We are looking for a motivated, positive, people orientated and great people manager, who wants to be a site manager and make a difference in the lives of children within our community. Palmer Bus Service is a business family that helps each other and prides itself on safety and quality. We have a full-time position available with the opportunity to advance in our company.

Here are some examples of the duties performed:

  • Assign drivers to routes and trips
  • Dispatch and answer phone
  • Work with district staff on student issues or discipline
  • Promote good driver morale
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Foster a professional atmosphere at the office
  • Immediately inform upper management of accidents/incidents
  • Follow directions and procedures in the Manager’s Manual.
