Summary:

JEC Miller, Inc is currently hiring a full-time Site Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight for Adult Foster Care locations in Hennepin and Dakota County. We are looking for Site Supervisor qualified candidates who are passionate about providing person centered supports and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor works closely with a Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager to ensure compliance and to provide coaching and mentoring to support staff.

Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Coordinator and Direct Support Professional supervision, coordinating services with other 245D providers and IDT team members, advocating for the individuals we serve, creating and maintaining staff schedules, and promoting an environment that fosters personal growth for the DSP staff and individuals served.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background study, valid Driver's license with a clean record, at least 1 year supervisory experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Candidates must also fulfill one of the following: (1) a bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older. OR (2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.

Applicants should be willing to work to supervise multiple locations, provide Direct Support, and be passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.'
