Mountain Valley Property Maintenance is looking for reliable, hard working individuals to join our snow removal team for the busy season. This will be an on-call, seasonal position (October-March). You would be using a company truck and would be on call when it snows. This would be a great second job for people who have a flexible schedule or for people like construction workers who work outside and can't work when it snows.

Responsibilities will include:
- Operating a plow truck and salter
- Clearing snow from paved parking areas, access roads, loading docks, and similar areas in a safe, timely manner
- Fueling and performing basic maintenance to your assigned equipment

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work whenever you are called
- Ability to operate plow truck and salter

One year of experience is preferred.

Pay is based on experience and quality of work.

NOTE: Only apply if you understand the circumstances of this position. Again, it is on-call based on the weather. It does not provide a consistent source of income. This is why it is great for people who can't work when it snows or who can create their own schedule. Thank you.
