Social Media, Content Creator

Cubework, leader in co- warehousing, creative space, commercial storage, office, retail, pop- up shops, and event space, is looking for a social media content creator to join our team. With over 52+ locations in 17 states (and growing), we are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team. This person will be posting and managing the company’s social media accounts. He or she will need to roll up their sleeves and be creative and engaging with the company’s existing clients and team members. We are looking for fun, friendly people to live stream, post on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, and reddit etc...

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who loves scrolling on tiktok, and reels. Lives for internet memes and gifs, isn’t afraid to roast our members and staff when appropriate and spends most of their days thinking about clickbait overlay. Traveling within your region is required, we have 20+ facilities just in CA. You will be delivering engaging live- video content in a fun coworking environment. The ideal candidate loves creating on social media, post new daily content (multiple times a day), fun personality, vibrant, and passionate about their work with a deep understanding of hashtags, SEO, reels, and creating viral content.

• Manage posting on our YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on video content and reels.
• Brainstorm content ideas—including ideas that have nothing to do with our overall business but relates to our customer base and industry type.
• Film content, including our podcasts/and YouTube short clips.
• Have a keen eye for what clips have potential to be meme- able.
• Increase in followers on our social media
• Create and manage content and calendar posting.
• Repurpose footage as well as create new/trending content with the company’s social media editors.
• Develop social strategy, process, and infrastructure for social media content operations.
• Manage content across all social media platforms for multiple accounts (members/Businesses)
• Weekly reports on content performance and algorithms
• Write hashtags and caption copy in voice of the appropriate channel.
• Elevate and maximize reach for social media and content channels.
• Strong grammar and writing skills (a plus if you know how to use Chat GPT, correctly)

Qualifications

• Ability to work normal business hours 9am-6pm Mon-Friday
• Working knowledge of social media
• You’re into internet humor.
• Knowledge of graphic design (photoshop), video editing (adobe premiere, final cut pro, or other video editing software), and making short video content (capcut, etc.), writing copy and coming up with hashtags
• Driven, highly motivated, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok analytics
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media/content.
• Your finger is on the pulse of viral trends and all things social media.
• Well-versed in the algorithms and backend of different Social Media platforms
• Experience with platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (& IG Reels)
• Experience with content management systems like Hootsuite or Later.com
• College degree (preferred)
• U.S. work authorization (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
