Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts that are consistent with our brand and goals
• Suggest recommendations to our social media marketing strategy to achieve optimal results
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Help with the organization and execution of team events and webinars
• Participate and document team events to create content and promote our brand
• Create and deliver e-marketing through our CRM to stay top of mind with existing clients
• Coordinate monthly photo and video shoot for social media content
• Coordinate the delivery of in-home marketing materials
• Maintain an inventory of sales materials

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms
• Proficient with all social media platforms, Google Suite, Drop Box, Canva and willing to learn any related software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
• Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
• Marketing Degree is welcomed, but not necessary with relevant experience (minimum 1-year)
• High School diploma or GED

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
