Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) is looking to hire per diem Social Services Coordinators to provide therapeutic interventions, psychosocial assessments, initiate contacts with a variety of community resources; and implement linkages and discharge planning for clients in the Exodus Recovery Urgent Care Centers. The Social Service Coordinator shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years clinical experience in the mental health field or hospital setting preferred
• Substance abuse treatment experience preferred
• Current registration with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences required
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, assessment, community resources and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work independently and show mature judgment. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Current CPR Certification and current CPI Certification preferred
• Master’s Degree required in a mental health related field PhD, PsyD, MSW, MFT or RN
