Dwellworks is seeking a Software Developer who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and agile development environment. In this role as Software Developer, you will work with a broad range of front-end and back-end technologies building new full stack solutions in an API environment as well as optimizing and improving existing applications.

This Software Developer role is designed for the type of individual who gets a charge out of seeing the direct impact of their actions, and who enjoys having a high-influence role with business owners and other stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of high curiosity & high skill, and we see this person as being a critical player on the team.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

The responsibilities of the Senior Software Developer include:

• Collaborate on defining requirements and implementing new features to optimize and improve existing .Net based applications as well as work on the next evolution of our service delivery platform
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations
• Work with business leaders on system enhancements
• Mentor other junior team members
• Ensure existing and new features are well-documented and have full test coverage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional development experience
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise applications utilizing .Net
• Experience working in SQL Server environment
• Proven experience developing modern APIs
• Unit Test development
• Experience with JavaScript (vue.js, Angular, Etc)/JQuery/Ajax/JSON
• Knowledge of architectures and design patterns and the ability to discuss complex topics simply and efficiently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Nice to have experience:
• Building cloud-based applications in Azure/AWS
• Mobile application development
• DevOps experience
