Software Developer – Chesapeake, VA
Full-time with Benefits
Antech Systems is seeking a mid-level software developer to join our team, specializing in software solutions to support the Navy’s Maintenance Program. As a back-end developer, you will be integrated in a team of front-end developers, designers, and domain experts to architect robust, resilient web services. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen living in or near the Chesapeake, VA area with the ability to acquire a Security Clearance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with back-end software development
Required Skills:
- C#
- Entity Framework
- SQL Server
- Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting applications to facilitate fixes and improvements
- Highly motivated self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to work in our culture-driven team environment
Experience with the following is a plus:
- .NET Core
- Docker
- Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Git
- Testing Framework (xUnit, nUnit, Selenium, etc...)
- Agile Development
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis
- DoD/Navy Experience
