WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

• Creation, maintenance, and execution of automated test plans for transactional and computational scenarios.
• Analysis of business processes and requirements, including but not limited to acceptance test case writing, acceptance criteria and associated work.
• Automated and Manual software testing.
• Data validation.
• Data creation
• Test environment and test case management.
• Test case design.
• Scripting for automated testing purposes.
• Presentation of test results and analysis to our client's business users
• Communication with vendor and internal software development teams.
• Communication and collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Business and Technical SME’s.
• Communication process with AtlassianTM Jira and Confluence Applications.
• Provide test documentation for each completed agile sprint to support. repeatable/automated release acceptance tests related to the development and implementation of a new clearing, risk management and data warehouse system.
• Identify quality tasks during sprint cycle and implement automation for new features.
• Collaborate with team on best automation practices, design, and implementation.
• Test automation support for Transitional activities as needed

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years hands on experience
• Automated testing framework experience (Cucumber, Selenium,TestNG).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with writing automation test code and utilizing leading industry standards tools and frameworks that can simulate complex multi-system scenarios.
• Experience working with two or more of the following: web/mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, event driven systems, transaction processing systems, distributed and parallel systems, large software systems development, security software development, public-cloud platforms.
• Strong testing experience which includes developing test plans, automate test cases, and working with test frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to describe methods of testing highly sophisticated systems,
• Nice to have (Unit, Functional, Load, Security, Behavioral, Integration, Component, Contract and End to End Testing).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
