Position Description

As a Development Team Lead, you will build cutting edge, high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will lead a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications throughout the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Finally, this is a Hybrid work environment, you will be required to work in office three (3) days per week, and work remote two (2) days per week.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development (Spring, JavaSever Faces, Maven).
• 3+ years of experience in UI Development (ie: Javascript, CSS, HTML, jQuery).
• 2+ years of experience working in Relational Databases (ie: SQL Server; Oracle).

• 1+ years leadership experience

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Development experience using React or similar UI frameworks

• Experience with development tools like Git, Docker, and Jenkins

• Scrum/Agile SDLC development experience

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket
