Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Mid to Senior level Software Engineer to help us build great applications across multiple platforms. As a Mid to Sr. Software Engineer on the team, you will work on a variety of projects on PC and modern console platforms. You will be part of a small and highly collaborative team that solves tough technical challenges in an energetic, startup-like environment. You will design, implement, test, and deploy apps to multiple platforms as part of a talented and experienced development team.

In this role, you will work closelywith multiple departments such as design, art, QA, and production to ensure deliverables are met and development is of the highest quality.

What you will be doing

• Collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to build innovative and engaging experiences
• Writing clear, maintainable, well documented code

• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
• Actively participating in project planning process
• Mentor more junior engineers to help them grow and to instill best practices

• Shipped titles using Unreal or proprietary engine technology
• Demonstrated experience with performance profiling tools and optimizations

• 5+ years of writing production quality C/C++, or C# code
• Demonstrable experience with 3D math
• Experience debugging across a variety of hardware platforms
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
• Curious and self-directed with a strong attention to detail and a user-centric approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift
