Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and driven IT Sales Head to lead and manage our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. As the IT Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that our sales team is equipped to succeed.
Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Responsible for getting on incoming scheduled calls and presenting the organization's services.
- Responsible for capturing requirements shared by the customer in various formats.
- Convert the customer requirement into a scope of work with the help of the technical team.
- Create a proposal and collect pricing and time line information from the internal team.
- Accountable to work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
- Lead and manage the international sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting systems.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
Requirements
Skills:
- Ability to speak with customers based in the US, UK and Canada.
- Ability to understand project requirements and convert them into a structure feature list or software specifications
- Experience with presenting or demonstrating software designs in a virtual meeting.
- Experience with Customer Software Development Service Company will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt to new products, technologies, and processes quickly.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English communication is a must.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Experience:
- Candidate should have 10-15 years of total work experience.
- Experience in the IT industry with International sales is desirable.
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA(IT) or any other technical qualifications.
