Summary:
The Solar Appointment Setter is responsible for developing solar leads for the Solar division sales team.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Door to door sales in specified neighborhoods handing out Magic Solar information.
- Be able to engage with potential customers and have enthusiastic interactions.
- Follow company provided engagement script to gauge interest in solar project.
- Assist sales team in managing lead status in appropriate CRM software.
- Communicate with Sales Manager regarding any and all interactions.
- Assist Solar sales team with necessary information regarding leads.
- Complete and upload lead information sheet and pass over to Magic Solar Sales Representative.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training, as required.
- Attend and participate in the weekly Solar Sales meeting.

Work Environment:
Indoor/outdoor work environment. Requires prolonged amount of standing or walking. The Solar Appointment Setter may work in a wide variety of environments from windy, hot, cold, dry, and wet conditions.
