There are required meetings, training, and hours, but you are able to tailor your schedule to fit your life. You block off the hours you have other obligations and your appointments fill based on your calendar availability.

$200,000+ yearly

• Our job is to educate residential homeowners about solar and help them make a smart decision during an in-home consultation.
• We provide you with leads once you demonstrate your ability to successfully execute our sales process.
• We also self-generate sales. These come from referrals, door-knocking, your own social media marketing, etc. You are paid 2x for self-generated sales.

Sales experience is preferred but not required. What is required:

• Great attitude
• Coach-ability
• Self Discipline
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to take some evening and weekend appointments
• Team training in the office 2-3 times per week
• Zoom meetings 2-3 times per week
