The Solar Industry is growing rapidly around the world. The Midwest, specifically, will experience incredible growth in the next decade. This is due to the lack of residential Solar currently here. The fact that most people don’t know the benefits of owning your power and investing in your home value vs. giving your money to the electric company with no return.

This is one of the only sales positions where the customer, the consultant, the company, and the community, all win. In sales, switching to solar is called a “no-brainer decision.” If you want to feel good about what you are doing, make great money, have fun doing it, and be around high-level positive people, this might be the right opportunity for you.

Compensation:

$200,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Our job is to educate residential homeowners about solar and help them make a smart decision during an in-home consultation.
  • We provide you with leads once you demonstrate your ability to successfully execute our sales process.
  • We also self-generate sales. These come from referrals, door-knocking, your own social media marketing, etc. You are paid 2x for self-generated sales.

Qualifications:

Sales experience is preferred but not required. What is required:

  • Great attitude
  • Coach-ability
  • Self Discipline
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to take some evening and weekend appointments
  • Team training in the office 2-3 times per week
  • Zoom meetings 2-3 times per week
