We are seeking talented individuals to join the fastest growing solar renewable energy company in the United States! We are currently hiring energy consultant positions in effort to keep up with overwhelming residential & commercial solar demand, all positions have enormous room for growth for the right candidate.
Solar is the only home improvement project that costs a homeowner nothing upfront to get installed, saves the household money, and allows for them to capture tax incentives. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for qualified homeowners in order to boost top-line revenue growth, minimize customer acquisition, and profitability.
The right individual will earn warm leads to run on a daily basis and will be expected to close these leads within a pre set profitability metric set forth by the company as well generate referrals from these customers and their own personal network.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, educate homeowners using solid arguments to prospective customers interested in solar energy for their home
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Follow up on appointments provided to you in a timely and efficient manner
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Actively manage your pipeline of customers
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of actively managing a pipeline of business
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Compensation:
First year on target earnings $150,000-$300,000 and higher-performing and experienced employees will earn $300,000+
