We are looking for a qualified individual to manage the warehouse our Bend Oregon location. We are experiencing rapid growth and this position is vital to our success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities (i.e. picking and staging inventory, receiving and storing of material, managing inventory, ensuring efficient delivery of goods, and monitoring safety standards)
• Maintain a clean warehouse and work environment
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Follow company safety policies
• Work in a fast paced, demanding work environment
• Interact with vendors in a respectful manner
• Analyze problems and strategize for better solutions (understanding of 5S systems is a plus)
• Perform other related duties, as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Must use safety equipment per protocol
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, safety cutter, etc)
• Must be willing to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Must maintain a professional attitude
• Must be able to maintain continual improvement
• Must be encouraging to the team and other staff members
• Must be able to focus on internal customer service
• General computer skills, required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
• High attention to detail, required
• Previous warehouse experience, strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 certification, preferred

Pay:

• $18-$22/hr DOE
