ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead our ongoing transformation of procurement, third-party risk management and supplier diversity. The leader's responsibilities include executing on best-in-class processes and becoming a strategic business partner. This leader will create and execute category and sourcing strategies in partnership with many stakeholders. In addition, the leader will execute and improve a robust third-party risk management and supplier diversity strategy, differentiating the company within healthcare and financial technology services.

• Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies to senior management for approval.

• Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies.

• Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends.

• Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.

• Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.

• Hiring, training, and managing department employees.

• Estimating risks and applying risk minimizing techniques, as well as negotiating contracts that comply with industry regulations.

• Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field required

• 5-10 years of experience leading projects and programs in procurement, supplier diversity, third-party risk management or strategic sourcing
