Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) is currently looking for our next great Sous Chef to assist in kitchen operations for our newest venture in Nashville, TN. Recently opened in 2023, the Embassy by Hilton Nashville Downtown will feature Scottsdale’s award-winning Hand Cut Chophouse, famous for offering only the finest chops, burgers, and more. The brand’s first outpost outside of Arizona, Hand Cut will be the second location in Nashville for RHG. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Nashville first opened on Lower Broadway in 2017. The brands under RHG management include Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, Hand Cut, Riot House, CAKE, Maya Dayclub / Nightclub, and The District.
We’re searching for a candidate who can:
- Direct food preparation and collaborate with the executive chef
- Assist in the design of food and drink menu
- Produce high quality plates, including both design and taste
- Oversee and supervises kitchen staff
- Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies
- Ensure that food is high quality and that kitchen is in good condition
- Keep stations clean and complies with food safety standards
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance
- Prepare food properly
- Schedule staff shifts
- Train new employees
- Order food supplies
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment
- Solve problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen

Pay: $58,022.00 - $61,207.00 per year
