The Spa Attendant for The Spa At Palmer House must pay attention to every detail to create an environment of peaceful harmony for all internal and external guests. The spa attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all spa areas which includes the spa shower suites, restrooms, treatment rooms, employee break room, lockers, refreshment station, etc. They work daily by balancing guest service and task. Cleanliness and organization is a crucial part of proper spa operations; working in cooperation with spa team to maintain cleanliness and organization of spa presentation, the facilities supervisor maintains the flow of guest experience – start to finish. Spa Attendant holds the highest of standards to ensure our guests are provided with “The Ultimate Spa Experience”. This position cleans, coordinates, completes inventory, and goes where the need is. This position requires self management skills. The spa attendant is responsible for setting up the spa, stocking and folding robes, cleaning floors/showers/rooms/equipment, washing dishes, running errands, accepting and completing inventory, etc - all while offering our guests diamond level service. This person is the heart of our the team and sets the tone for the operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
