*This role pays $15 per hour*

The Spa Attendants are responsible for the effective operation of the locker room facilities, reception area, steam rooms, saunas, and Jacuzzis. Spa Attendants are also responsible for assisting guests and ensuring their needs are met.

• Maintains effective operation of locker facilities, reception area, steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis.
• Appropriately dispenses towels, robes, slippers and refreshments to guests; removes and stores dirty linens according to procedures.
• Consistently ensures cleanliness of all Spa areas.
• Monitors locker rooms and restocks supplies on a regular basis.
• Effectively ensures proper operation of Jacuzzi to include proper use and storage of all chemicals and maintaining cleanliness of deck surfaces.
• Maintains juice bar stations in waiting areas.
• Provides guest with tour of locker room and explains available amenities.
• Assists guest flow of services from locker room to professional staff.
• Maintains appropriate professional appearance and adheres to grooming standards at all times.
• Maintains all Forbes standards as they pertain to public areas, locker rooms, and guest service.

Position Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to bend, squat, and lift as part of normal cleaning activity.
