Beautiful day spa in Reston, VA seeks full-time Spa Manager to provide an exceptional customer experience, foster a great team environment, and ultimately drive revenue for our growing spa. Our team is full of skilled, professional, upbeat people, and we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, positive Spa Manager to join us in bringing a world-class spa experience to every client, every time.

The Spa Manager’s duties include:

• Respond to all customer service issues promptly, and resolve all customer complaints
• Coordinate schedules, client appointments, and employee meetings and trainings
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies, industry standards, and local laws and regulations
• Manage all building maintenance issues and facility aesthetics
• Train all new hires on computer system, POS terminal, Meevo2 scheduling software, and operational procedures
• Maintain inventory and be familiar with all skincare and makeup items
• Be knowledgeable on the various services offered: facials, massages, hair, nails, laser treatments, medi-spa procedures
• Recommend and up-sell retail products and spa services to new and returning clients
• Train employees, coordinate scheduling, and provide quality customer care
• Respond to concerns raised by employees and develop creative solutions to problems
• Establish budgetary controls and inventory procedures to increase spa's profitability
• Arrange logistics for on-location trainings, meetings, and interviews as needed
• Communicate and maintain positive relationships with representatives from various retail and medi-spa equipment companies
• Order new inventory of retail items and back-bar supplies punctually and efficiently, keeping the salon stocked while remaining cost-effective
• Design marketing materials and spa menu, and perform basic website maintenance
• Maintain monthly promotional mailers and client contact database
• Create promotional and seasonal content for the spa's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
