A contracted Special Education Teacher is needed for the remainder of the school year as well as for 2023-2024 school year in the Plainville, Connecticut area. Must be certified in Connecticut. Interviewing immediately!Must be collaborative and dependable.
DESCRIPTION:
Self-contained classroom
2nd-4th grade students.
Low cognitive ability, some students on the more severe end of the Autism spectrum and have students with Down Syndrome as well.
Will need to manage para support in classroom.
Knowledge of Discrete Trial Instruction is a plus.
