Job Summary

The Xfinity Brand Strategy team’s mission is to build strategy that positions Xfinity as the brand that connects people to more of what they love through consistent actions, identity and messaging across all channels, functions and touchpoints. Through brand strategy, identity, positioning, messaging, and planning, we ensure clear and consistent understanding of the role of the Xfinity brand in peoples’ lives among employees, partners and consumers. We are a key partner and input to all areas of the organization, uniquely positioned at the intersection of our product experience, business imperatives, and marketing communications. We are seeking a Specialist, Brand Identity reporting to the Sr. Manager, Brand Identity to support best-in-class development, implementation and governance of the Xfinity Brand across all teams and touchpoints. This role will be key to shape and uphold the new brand visual identity, including product design, marketing communications design, and all brand identity extensions, including animation, sonic design, and environmental design. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, driven by a genuine curiosity and passion for building brands people care about.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Support development, evangelism, and governance of Xfinity Brand Identity to ensure consistent, best-in-class execution across all touchpoints
  • Support launch and implementation of new Xfinity Visual Identity, including coordination, review, and tracking across all partners and tactics
  • Collaborate and consistently communicate across all areas of the business from marketing to product to internal communications to implement, track, and consistently uphold the Xfinity brand identity
  • Maintain and update all Xfinity Visual Identity guidelines and brand assets, including quarterly updates and maintenance of Xfinity Brand Hub, as well as brand guideline extensions (e.g., Fleet, Uniforms)
  • Support development of new Brand Identity assets, including sonic branding, animation toolkit, photography, etc.
  • Responsible for creative review and governance across communications, product experiences, and internal branding
  • Maintain and update to core Brand storytelling assets, including Brand Story, Brand Onboarding, sizzle videos, etc.
  • Support development of Employee Engagement Campaign and Brand Training program
  • Ongoing thought leadership and competitive auditing of best-in-class brand identity practices and principles to help grow and strengthen the discipline within the organization

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication, must be a master of presentation applications (Keynote, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
