Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders on-site with an emphasis on open communication.
Efficiently field client service requests and self-identify deficiencies around the site.
Communicate with contractors to schedule work and escort when needed.
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
Ability to drive positive results from corrective action efforts when needed.
Performance of ongoing preventive and reactive work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems
Replace lighting and ballasts as needed.
Other tasks as assigned
Safety
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safe work areas.
Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
Must complete all required safety training as scheduled.
Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Administrative
Update work order status in real-time.
Utilize CMMS systems (Corrigo) for all work performed.
Communicate with contractors to ensure timely and accurate invoice submission.
Monitor client work order satisfaction.
Escalate problems or issues to Customers and Managers in a timely manner
Education/training
High school diploma or equivalent
Years of relevant experience
Have a minimum of 3- 5 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
Have a minimum of 1-2 years of managerial experience
Physical work requirements and work conditions
Lifting up to 80 lbs.
Working from heights.
Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead.
Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold, extreme hot).
Climbing a ladder up to 30 feet.
