It's A Grind Coffee House is currently looking to hire BARISTAS for our San Leandro Location (at Westgate/Gate 510 Mall right next to Sees Candies and Walmart in San Leandro). Experience is preferred but not necessary. We offer training with artisanal coffee on La Marzocco espresso machines and making food like Breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Weekend availability is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES

A knowledge and passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
A strong work ethic
Experience in a high volume, fast paced service environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
A commitment to being reliable, punctual, and to adhere to our dress code
A current food handlers card (we can work with you to obtain one)
