As a Sponsor Provider you will be responsible for Schedule for going to the appointment, stay in a health and safe environment, ensure grocery supply available at all time, ensure overall supervision of the individual. Also support them to go out to the community for activities as needed.

This will not disrupt your regular daily routine as this is an add on.
